DELEGATE INSTRUCTIONS: AD SPECS: 1. Ads must be 300 dpi resolution and CMYK please in PDF format (preferred) or jpeg files. 2. Competition Magazine is 8.5”w x 11”h. Bleed is required: please allow .125 bleed on each side at 300 dpi. 3.Be sure all words and photos you want showcased are contained in the LIVE AREA and not on the edges where they will be trimmed off.

FOLLOW THE BELOW PROCESS FOR AD SUBMISSION EXACTLY 1. Delegates, not advertiser, must email ads to [email protected]
2. All ads must be submitted, if possible, in ONE email, and the subject line should contain your Title. If you need to submit more than one email, please use this format: “Miss Cactus 1 of 3”, “Miss Cactus 2 of 3”, “Miss Cactus 3 of 3” and send them all at one time (Submit ALL ads at the same time and on the same day – do not send multiple ads at different times or they will not count toward prize incentives.) Do not send google drive links unless prior written permission is received from Stacey.
3. In the first email, list the ALL ads you are submitting, Business name, contact, contact cell phone, their email and payment method:Miss Cactus, Jane James, 12 ads total (4 ads each sent in 3 emails) 1. Smart Toyota, Contact: Tom Jones, 602-333-3333, [email protected], check. 2. ASU Business School, Contact: Mary Smith, 602-444-4444, [email protected], credit card. 3. Miss Cactus personal ad, Contact: Jill Doe, 480-555-5555, [email protected], credit card. 4. etc.
4. Submit ads labeled by Your Title and the ad number. Example: Flagstaff1.jpg Flagstaff2.pdf, Flagstaff Teen1.pdf, FlagstaffTeen2.jpg If you are a teen, please include the Teen with your title. DO NOT PUT “MISS” IN FRONT OF YOUR TITLE REGARDLESS OF IF YOU ARE A MISS OR TEEN. Do not use underscores.
Ads must be sent as instructed above (in ONE email or labeled consecutive emails sent at the same time) OR your ads will not count toward prize incentives. All sales are final and non-refundable even if delegate withdraws from competition.
For a $100 fee, our graphic artist will design a simple ad for you. Fill out the AD FORM on www.missarizonaresourceportal.weebly.com on the Competition Magazine Ads page and upload the desired photos, logos and copy you want written on your ad, and pay the $100 fee.
PAYMENT SUBMISSION PROCESS: ONLINE CREDIT CARD: Advertisers or Delegates may complete credit card payment through PayPal on www.missarizonaresourceportal.weebly.com on the Competition Magazine Ads page (for both ad charges and graphic artist fee if applicable). A 3% fee will be assessed for all credit cards processed. Please click here to pay for Ads and Graphic Artist Fee (if applicable).

MAILING A CHECK: Please make payable to Miss Arizona Scholarship Foundation (include both ad charges and fee for graphic artist if applicable) and enclose a list of which ads which are paid for by check(s). Mail in ONE packet per delegate to: Miss Arizona Scholarship Competition, Attn: Ads 2040 S. Alma School Rd., Suite 1-152, Chandler, AZ 85286. YOU MUST INCLUDE THE SUITE NUMBER IN OUR ADDRESS IF MAILING A CHECK OR WE WILL NOT RECEIVE IT.
Note: If multiple advertisers contribute to one page by check, please have them pay YOU. You in turn write ONE CHECK made to Miss AZ Scholarship Foundation for $365. Email [email protected] with questions. Multiple checks are not accepted unless prior permission is received.
